Mission

The Beauty Endowment is a 501(c)(3) focused on providing beauty goods to people who do not have disposable income to purchase the equipment they need to feel beautiful. The Beauty Endowment is inclusive of all races, genders, and presentations—while understanding that trans women of color systemically face deep levels of economic instability, and this organization seeks to serve their needs foremost.


Vision

The Beauty Endowment seeks to create a world where every human has access to the materials they need to make themselves feel beautiful. This organization believes that it is possible to create a world where its citizens can fundamentally believe that all bodies are good bodies. The Beauty Endowment is pro-black, pro-femme, pro-fat, pro-sex work, and supports selfies as self-care. This organization is also pro-BDS (boycott, divest, sanction), and will engage with companies that support those ideals as often as possible.


Values

The Beauty Endowment desires to empower marginalized peoples, particularly folx who are trans, GNB/GNC (gender non-binary/ gender non-conforming), and people of color.

The Beauty Endowment does not exclusively partner with or distribute vegan brands, but does encourage green beauty donations, partnerships, and will do its best to match our client’s needs for natural beauty products. The Beauty Endowment does not support animal testing.
